President of the Republic of Turkey

RecepTayyipErdoğan

Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi 06560 Beştepe-Ankara-

Turkey

American citizen detained in Turkey on fake charges. Turkey holds foreign citizens as hostage. Pastor Andrew Brunson has been a missionary in Turkey for over 20 years. Then in October 2016 detained on grounds of being part of a “terrorist group”. No evidence whatever. in 2018 an inditement is issued that accuses him of “Christianization”. Also no real evidence. Just a diatribe against Christianity.

Turkey Must Release Pastor Andrew Brunson from Prison!

Makes me sick to see how the western countries get flooded with immigrants, falsely so called, who come with an arrogant entitlement attitude. But their home countries where Mohammedanism is the state religion does not grant basic religious freedom to Christians. Now an American missionary is in Turkey in prison under false charges of belonging to a “terrorist group”. Please sign this petition above to raise your voice for this pastor. Let us pray for him that the Lord will use this incident for His glory to get the gospel back into Turkey. Once Paul the Apostle was in prison and he was writing letters to churches located in what today comprises Turkey. Maybe the Lord can use Pastor Brunson’s prison time in mighty ways that neither us nor Turkish president Erdogan can fathom. We give all praise to the Lord in this. But don’t muzzle your voice but raise your voice in prayer and in petitioning your government and the government of Turkey.

We Hold These Truths: A Reverent Review Of The US Constitution

What you see here is a book review of an excellent work done by the late Congressman Larry McDonald (1935-1983, D-GA). He documents the history of the Constitutions and the increasing abuses of it by secular humanists and those who want a bloated federal government. What a great Christian statesman who knew that there is no mythic ” wall of separation” keeping the Christian worldview out of the public. In fact, since all laws are based on some kind of “morality” there is good reason why every law ought to be based on Biblical morality.

Immediate release of Pastor Andrew Brunson from unjust detainment.

#ForgottenAmericanInTurkey – 78 senators and representatives urged Turkish president Erdogan to return US citizen Andrew Brunson. In February 2017 these congressional leaders sent a letter to the Turkish president. Andrew Brunson is the pastor of Izmir Resurrection Church. As of now, the pastor is still not released and is being unjustly detained in Turkish prisons on false charges relating to membership in a “terrorist group”. No, he belongs to an evangelical Presbyterian church.

Now you can add your own name to the same letter mailed by congressional leaders. Send Erdogan the same message over and over as a constant reminder to free this brother in Christ. This will be e-mailed directly and a signature list mailed later on.

Request Immediate release of Pastor Andrew Brunson from unjust detainment by Turkey.

Dear President Erdogan,

We write to request that Mr. Andrew Brunson, an American citízenwho has been unjustly detained in
Turkey, be immediately released and deported.
Mr. Brunson has worked peacefully in Turkey since 1993. There appears to be no evidence to substantiatethe charges against him for membership in an armed terrorist organization. Moreover, your govemment has repeatedly denied regular and appropriate access to legal counsel and American consular services.
Mr. Brunson's imprisonment has been raised repeatedly by U.S. Government officials with officials of the Government of Turkey. Unfortunately, high-level efforts to secure Mr. Brunson's release have been unsuccessful. We have closely followed developments with this case, and are deeply disappointed.
The United States and Turkey have benefited from a close partnership for decades, and we hope to be in a position to continue strengthening these ties. Now is the time for our countries to reaffirm respect for fundamental freedoms and the rule of law while reasserting our shared commitment to addressing security challenges through partnerships and cooperation.
In this spirit of partnership, we respectfully ask you to consider Mr. Brunson's case and how the recent
treatment of Mr. Brunson places signif, rcant strain not only on him and his family, but also on the robust bilateralrelationship between the United States and Turkey.
We appeal to you to inquire as to the options for promptly deporting Mr. Brunson and to act on them
expeditiously.

Sincerely,

[signature]
